FINALLY!! Sorry to make y'all wait!! Here are some updated belly shots... I've kinda been slackin' lately!! But, today is Marc's & my 5 year anniversary and I wanted some pictures of us on this special day with the little one in the belly!! These pics are from the last 8 weeks, with the 30 week shot being taken a few minutes ago. I can't believe I've been a wife for 5 years and a mom-to-be for 30 weeks!!!
That has to be the cutest little pregnant belly I've ever seen. Be thankful. We aren't all that fortunate! :) I can't wait to hold that sweet little boy. You look absolutely beautiful!!! See you soon!
Carrie, you were not huge!! You were cute as a button!! You looked about the same size at 30 weeks as I do now! I guess we're all our own worse critiquers, though!! To me, my belly feels so huge and hard and just strange. I just don't even know what to do with it!!! And it has lots of little blonde hairs sticking out of it! I don't think I've had a hairy belly before?!?!?
Again, fortunate. My belly hairs were black and many when I was pregnant! And thanks for not trying to say that I wasn't huge when I was pregnant because you would have lost all credibility!:) Love you!
Oh gosh, Tara, I didn't think about brown or black hairs!! I guess I am kinda lucky!! :) And I can't honestly even remember if you were huge or not cuz I just remember you being pregnant for 20 months or something!! Hee hee!! You were sooooo cute, though, especially when you got your cute little haircut! That was right when we were moving here and I remember seeing you in S.S. with a cute black dress on, round belly, and cute haircut!!

Our Life
Our lives have not been the same since the arrival of Mason Thomas Mother's Day 2008, and now waiting on his little sister, Mallory, to arrive in Feb. 2011! We are so excited to be in the midst of a new chapter since Marc finished residency at Vandy and we moved from Nashville to Bowling Green in July 2009. Marc is beginning his 2nd year as a practicing ophthalmologist at Graves-Gilbert Clinic. I am so proud of my wonderful husband for all of his hard work and the amazing doctor he has become! After getting married March 8, 2003, we had five years of wonderful adventures before becoming parents. Whoever told us this parenting thing would be hard, come live in our household for a day! :) Thankfully, Mason makes it pretty easy for us. I am not saying that being a mommy is without it's challenges, but overall I am one happy, well rested momma! I gave up my job as a sociology professor at Lipscomb University to hang out with my sweet baby boy and watch him grow every single day. Through the heartache of three miscarriages, I feel it is my ministry in life to reach out to other women who are going through similar experiences. Even through the pain of miscarriage, we are walking examples of how God CAN provide! We are truly thankful. I would love to hear your story and share mine with you. It may be the greatest pain we ever endure, but God's plans lead us to the biggest blessings we could ever receive. Our nightly prayer... Thank you, Jesus, for Baby Mason & Baby Mallory!

Yes, it's so little and cute. I was HUGE at 30 weeks. I agree with Tara.
Hope you are feeling good, too.
